At We Heart Stickers, we pay careful attention to detail and are very meticulous about the quality of our work.

Payment:
Please note that full payment is required for all products. When making your payment, please use the invoice number as a reference and e-mail your proof of payment to weheartstickerspe@gmail.com. Orders are process 10 to 15 working days once payment has reflected in our account. We Heart Stickers cannot be held liable for missed deadlines if payment has been delayed. Should you discuss a deadline with us, we will always try our best to meet your required deadline, even if it is less than the above mentioned lead time.
Custom Designs:
All custom design work is the property of We Heart Stickers and may not be used by other companies for printing without our permission.
Digital samples will be sent to the customer for approval before printing takes place. It is the customer’s responsibility to check samples thoroughly before approving the design. Up to 3 changes will be made on design work for free, thereafter, an additional design fee of R30 may be charged at the discretion of We Heart Stickers. Please remember that I also make mistakes, be open and honest with me and I will make the amendments accordingly.
Regrets, no reprints will be done due to spelling errors or changes in design after design work has been approved.
Need your own artwork printed? No problem! Please ensure that your artwork is of a high quality. If not, I will let you know and suggest other alternatives to rectify the issue.
Refunds and Returns:
Due to the nature of our business and services offered, no refunds or returns will be accepted on approved designs. Should you receive damaged goods, we will try and replace the product as soon as possible. Should there be an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. You may be asked to return the item or send photographic evidence proving that the item is damaged.
